(coming soon...)
Here is a little duet that can help an instrumental choir - or a full band -
learn to play quickly and together. Begin slowly, using the sound files on the
computer to maintain the tempo and to provide a true pitch reference. The
music repeats faster and faster, until the band begins to struggle a bit. Back up
three tempos and begin again. The next day the band can go a little farther.
Begin slowly again, getting the parts perfected before you try for speed.
Print or download the sheet music, and you can use it with a metronome.
Individual parts are available for free for each of the instrument groups on the
pages linked at the right. Simply right-click on the image of the music, select
'view image' (if in Win Vista), select File, select Print. (Use 'Print Preview' to
make it print a larger or smaller image) This image is a little fuzzy. fluteler is
working up a set of high quality images and hopes to have them available here
soon.
He is calling it 'The Full Set'. If you know anyone who could use a Full Set,
keep them in mind for this wonderful gift.
We are asking $3 for this download. The music may then be copied for free for
use within a school system, or with other students. Having just a single copy
permits you to copy it for to use with your own students and they with theirs.
Techmark Arts reserves the right to sell this music for profit, but is happy to
share it at cost with those who can distribute it further for free.
